Our two black Labradors, aged 10 and 8, have become like new creatures. Before, Holly thought she was alpha dog. Now she knows I am. Jan’s techniques are excellent. The DVD is even better, and a visit from one of her team consolidated the learning process.
Very happy to now know about ‘gesture eating’ and the golden five minutes which has shown them both who’s boss!
My life is much easier.
