I have also received the cd re walking and so much pressure has been taken off now i realise that i dont HAVE to walk my dog, it was soul destroying as he pulls so much. I am working on things in the house and garden now,instead of winding myself up being dragged down the road. Still got a lot of work to do though. Thanks Jan. Diane
