The course was delivered in a very enjoyable way which enhanced my ability to learn and understand the information being delivered.

Jan was very approachable and she handled every strange question with kindness, empathy and understanding.

She did not criticise any of us for our previous methods of handling our dogs as such and she did not discredit any other dog advisor/behaviourist etc, she was so, so professional.
